Pam and Sam just got married! Before the big celebrations, I had the pleasure to meet them and spend a lovely autumn afternoon with them for an engagement photo shoot around London.
We decided to start their pre-wedding session at the beautiful St James’s Park. What can I say? It was the perfect choice! Autumn colours are delightful for a photographer. Everything was golden and the weather was very kind to us. It didn’t take long for this lovely couple to warm up and start giving me great poses and sweet moments to capture. They were also so much fun to work with!
We walked towards Westminster Bridge, making a few stops and taking some shots in the streets of London. I was not surprised to see people stoping to watch, curious about the shoot. Pam had this idea of ‘East meets West’ and I absolutely loved it. Pam and Sam caught everyone’s attention wearing their traditional Indian outfits in the city, they certainly looked like celebrities 😉
It was a Saturday afternoon and Westminster Bridge was pretty busy! Still, old Big Ben served as a beautiful background for some cuddles. Sam made sure his bride-to-be stayed warm. In a place full of people, they took a few minutes to get lost in the moment. London is where they met, where they got married, and definitely one of the most romantic cities in the world.
As the night was falling, we had some fun playing with the lights of a carrousel near London Eye. What an amazing shoot it was! I look at the photos and I can’t stop smiling.
